In my opinion, the answer to both questions is NO! The truth is, good nutrition is not a matter whether you are at your ideal weight or striving to reach your weight goal. In fact, Good nutrition is not simply a matter of burning more calories that you take in. Although weight gain or loss must be factored into the equation of the overall body health improvement. Else, you could be heading for serious health problems.
